Refund policy
All Sales
Because these are small-batch art items, all sales are generally final. That said, if something goes wrong, I’m not going to pretend it didn’t!
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. I’ll make it right, either with a replacement or a refund.
Lost Orders
If your package is officially declared lost by the postal service, reach out and we’ll figure out a solution. I don’t control the mail system, but I do try to be reasonable.
Returns & Exchanges
I don’t currently accept returns or exchanges for things like ordering the wrong item or changing your mind. Stickers are small, but shipping them back and forth adds up fast.
Refunds
Refunds are issued once a problem is confirmed, and will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, there’s a good chance it’s already been packed or shipped.
Incorrect Addresses
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, I’m happy to resend it once it makes its way back to me, but you’ll need to cover the new shipping cost. If it never comes back, I'm happy to issue a full refund for the lost order.
